Finvise AI Private Limited ("Finvise", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates a technology platform that provides AI-powered financial analysis, educational content, financial data visualization, business intelligence tools, research utilities, data processing capabilities, and related informational services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Finvise AI Private Limited and any individual, organization, entity, or user ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, browses, registers for, subscribes to, or otherwise uses the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, subscribing to, or using any portion of the Platform, the User agrees to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree with any provision contained herein, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Nature of Services
Finvise is a financial technology and artificial intelligence platform that provides educational content, business intelligence tools, financial data processing, analytical dashboards, AI-generated insights, financial visualizations, screening tools, research utilities, and related informational services. The Platform is designed to assist users in understanding publicly available information and performing independent analysis. The Company does not operate as a financial institution, stock broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, research analyst, mutual fund distributor, wealth manager, or any other regulated financial intermediary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Users acknowledge that the Platform functions solely as a technology and information service and not as a provider of regulated financial services.
No Advisory Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create any investment advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, financial planner-client relationship, broker-client relationship, portfolio management relationship, agency relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or other professional advisory relationship between the User and the Company. No communication, report, AI-generated output, analytical result, platform feature, educational material, or user interaction shall be interpreted as personalized investment advice or professional guidance. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating information and making independent decisions.
User Obligations
Users agree to use the Platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating accounts or interacting with Platform services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities occurring under their accounts. Users agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, upload malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, circumvent security mechanisms, or engage in unlawful activities. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and obligations arising from their use of the Platform.
Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Platform may require payment of subscription fees or other charges. The Company may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, lifetime, enterprise, promotional, or custom pricing plans at its sole discretion. Subscription fees, billing cycles, payment methods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Strict No Refund Policy

By purchasing any subscription, membership, premium feature, AI-generated report, analytical service, digital product, or other paid offering, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, credits, reimbursements, or cancellations shall be provided for any reason, including but not limited to early termination, partial usage, non-usage, dissatisfaction with results, misunderstanding of Platform functionality, failure to cancel a recurring subscription, or changes in personal circumstances. Users are encouraged to carefully evaluate Platform features before making any purchase decision. Continued access to the Platform after purchase constitutes acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform are owned by or licensed to Finvise AI Private Limited. This includes software, source code, algorithms, databases, reports, analytical models, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, graphics, interfaces, content, documentation, and proprietary technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
User Content
Users retain ownership of any information, files, documents, datasets, prompts, inputs, or other content submitted to the Platform. By submitting such content, the User grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to process, store, analyze, transmit, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and delivering Platform services. Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Artificial Intelligence Outputs
The Platform may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning models, predictive analytics systems, natural language processing technologies, and automated computational methods to generate outputs and insights. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, biases, incomplete information, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions. AI-generated content should not be considered authoritative, professional, or guaranteed information. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated outputs. Users should independently verify all information before relying upon it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all related services are provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, and freedom from errors. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finvise AI Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to use of the Platform. In all circumstances, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim, dispute, loss, or cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User to the Company during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finvise AI Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, fines, or legal fees arising from the User's violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of the User's access to the Platform.
Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, users, legal interests, or security infrastructure. Reasons for suspension or termination may include suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorized activity, security threats, non-payment, violation of these Terms, regulatory requirements, legal obligations, or any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its users. Termination shall not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or remedies accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions and negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, replace, amend, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
